Hey PP Members!
Finally got around to uploading my pictures from my Overnight Investigation at Waverly Hills! Let me know if you all see any kind of anomolies. I am still working on the audio part of my investigation. That will take me a bit longer since I have so much of it. If I hear anything I will try to post it.
The front of WH. Most people do not get to go to this part. We were special.

Another view of the front. It really is a beautiful sight. From this view you can see what a majestic hospital it used to be.
Windows around the front entrance
Another view of some windows by the front entrance
Graffiti on the wall of the front entrance as you can walk in. It is realllllly eerie to see in person.
The wall opposite the eerie graffiti. Someone has drawn Waverly Hills in graffiti.
The following are pictures I took as we were investigating around the building:
The Frank's box I was talking about. And no those are not orbs but dust particles. We got so dirty sitting on the floor.
The next picture is on the Fourth Floor which is notorious for shadow people. I didn't catch any of these. However there is some sort of anomoly at the end of the hall. Still investigating this with my team. Kind of a cloudy type anomoly. Could be dust particle or insect. Will let you know if anything comes from this.
Photo lightened up a touch to see it better.
Zoomed in a couple more frames
I had so much fun. It was hot as hell but we did have an awesome thunderstorm that night. In fact we were on the fourth floor (my group of 3) when the storm hit. All kinds of doors were slamming shut. Most likely from the wind. But even so if you are in Waverly Hills and doors slam shut it still gets to you. There was one time a door slammed shut and there was no wind or storm. That was cool. There was also a raccoon on the loose on the top two floors. I didn't see him but some of other people did. I don't care for raccoons so thank goodness I did not encounter him.
I had a chance to speak to the guard who let us in and walked us around. I asked him how he handles going in there when he is the only one there? He said he has gotten used to it. He says as long as he can see it and know something is there and expects it he is ok. However it is the times (which he said he has encountered) when he turns a corner in those long hallways and there is a black figure standing there just looking at him. That is what he does not like. NO KIDDING MAN!! :shudder:

WOW!!!! What an interesting Adventure!!! Love the pictures!!!
1Turning a corner and a black figure is staring at you? No way!! I'd die on the spot.
2I see what you mean about the cloudy anomoly.
The graffiti is kinda trippy.
It looks like a spooky place, and I would have definitely wanted more people in my group...(3 is not that many people, in this kind of situation. lol ) I thought I could see a white figure in the first picture you showed us of the hallway (before I even read what you said). Please let us know if it turns out to be ghost or something. I agree with Wren....I would
or scream like a crazy person and run, if I saw a dark figure. I don't know how the security
guard works there alone at night! I'm glad you had such an interesting and fun trip. Thanks so much for sharing with us.
(Oh, and the graffiti is cool yet unsettling at the same time.
)
3also before anyone asks, is some of the photos you small light in the middle of a few pictures down the hallway. that is not an orb or a light from paranormal phenomena. it is an emergency light in the hallway.
4*IN some of the photos you SEE A small light...*
sheesh sorry for the grammar.
5spooky!!!! yeah i see that white thing too, that can't be dust! this would be to much for me, and once the storm hit i probably would have had a heart attack.
are you planning on going back? how do you determine what that is in the pix? did anyone elses camera show that same frame? what happened to the sound recording you did?
6i may be going back in november. not sure yet.
we may not be able to determine what it is in that picture. i wish i would have seen it when i took it so i could have gone down there and investigated. but hopefully my buddy can put it in his computer and zoom and get a clearer view. probably not though.
no one else was taking pictures with us 3 during that time.
i still have to investigate my audio recording. maybe tomorrow i will have a chance and i will find something. i will let you all know!
7That picture definitely doesn't look like dust. How scary is that graffiti?!
8That security guard is one brave dude!! I would not work there ALONE, especially after seeing any black figures
9I would say it's not insect. Could be dust, couls be a weird reflection, could be simply mist because it was hot, then stormed. If you want, you can send the original resolution to me and I can have my tech guy, Mick, run it through some programs as well. Just PM me if you're interested and I'll give you the email address.
10ok, thanks!
11Whoa to Mr. Guard man! There is no way I could keep working there if I encountered such a thing!
All of this is so exciting! I do hope you get closer to figuring out what is in that pic, and I can't wait for the audio discoveries
12Holy heck, that graffiti is pretty creepy, and I DO NOT think I could handle that guard's job. The father of a friend of my brother's was a guard at Alcatraz (not when it was in service as a prison) and said there was all sorts of crazy happenings. :shiver: I would whizz my drawers and run the other way. Great pics, Aud - I am excited to hear if you get anything out of your audio.
13I was involved in an investigation at Alcatraz. That place creeped the heck out of me and I don't creep easily.
14i live only a few miles away from that place! i actually went there last year for the "sounds of the underground" concert. it's not too creepy during the day. we actually walked past the building at around 4 am and didn't even think about it! haha we heard from the security guards that GWAR (one of the national acts for the concert) went around the place all night throwing around flashlights scaring the sh*t outta everyone else haha
15i looked at your profile lizzy and you live in the same town i live. i know exactly what college you are going to. it is down the road from where i live!
16lmao that's awesome! i'm on here for two days and already found someone who lives near me
17i have been a member for two years and never found someone who lives where i do.
18lmao
19Mick's working on analyzing the pic, Aud. I just sent you the negative filtered shot. I didn't tell him what he was looking for and he found something in the negative. That's just the first and most basic filter he uses. Hopefully he can drill down what it might be. Fingers crossed.
20Thanks girl!
21He just called me. His exact words: "Holy pareidolia, I need sleep!!! I'm seeing what appears to be two figures, one smaller than the other and looking up at the larger one. It almost looks like a kid and an adult. But that could be my mind just filling in the blanks." So he's going to bed and will look at it again in the morning when he's less tired.
22Sweet Neptune's Nectar Laura! That is crazy! I do hope he will see the same thing in the morning, that would be creeepy!
23He'll probably see the same thing in the morning and then work his ass off to debunk it. The only thing he seemed sure of was that it was definitely not some sort of insect anomaly nor did he think it was dust because it was too far away to adequately reflect light from a camera, though he's not precluding car lights from a nearby window illuminating dust motes.
24i do know that it was on the fourth floor and no one was on that hill where waverly sits leaving or arriving in a car.
256 pics up it looks like (to me) that a shadow figure is sitting down against the wall in the back on the right, and what is the light in some of the dark hallways at the very end?
26they are emergency lights jamers.
good eye on that pic. it doe appear like something might be blcoking the bottom portion of that second door on the right. i'll get a closeup tomorrow and look at it again.
27sweet I can't wait to see them!
28how interesting!
29How cool!!
30Those last two pictures are spooky as hell to me. You can just feel the creepiness through the pictures.
Girls like horror too! The Horror Fatale
31Very cool! I always say I'd love to do that but at heart I'm a big chicken.
Some days it's not even worth chewing through the restraints.
32Even though you do not see a ghost it's still a great adrenaline rush. You took some great pictures. I do not know if I could go at night to see this. I would need more in a group. Thanks for sharing your adventure.
33Waverly Hills is a seriously creepy place. The creepiness is almost palpable.
34So Cool! Don't think I could do it. I'd creek myself out.
35OMG! That sounds amazing! So cool, wish I could go with you sometime!
