Oct 10, 2008 - Bellevoir means "Beautiful View" and was given the name by Hamilton Ormsby and his wife Edmonia Taylor Ormbsy (cousin of President Zachary Taylor). He had inherited the estate from his father Judge Stephen Ormbsby.
